You can control your online connections from your Settings menu. If that doesnвЂ™t work, try connecting using Cellular Data. You can connect online in two ways: Wi-Fi and Cellular Data.

If the time and date donвЂ™t match your actual time zone, update it and see if everything starts working as normal.If youвЂ™re using a VPN, disable it, then reload or reinstall your app.If these are out of sync with your actual location, theyвЂ™ll throw off your phone and theyвЂ™ll need to be corrected. If Wi-Fi isnвЂ™t available, test this when you have Wi-Fi connection.If youвЂ™re using Mobile Data, turn Wi-Fi on and Mobile Data off.Now, test your connection with these steps. Scroll down to see the Wi-Fi and Mobile Data sections.If the steps above to restart your game didnвЂ™t work, try restarting your iPhone or iPad. Press the Home button and restart the app.Swipe up on the appвЂ™s preview to close it.Swipe right or left to view your open apps.Double-click the Home button to preview your recently used apps.Swipe up from the bottom left corner and pause slightly in the middle of the home screen.Close any other apps you have open and try launching your game again.If you canвЂ™t launch or play your game, it may not have enough memory available to run. All apps that are running on your device use memory.Always tap the app icon to start the game instead of tapping notifications.

Disable the Offload Unused Apps feature.

Check you have enough storage space on your device.

If that doesnвЂ™t work, try restarting your device. If you do, you could lose all the game data on your account.Дelete any apps you donвЂ™t use or close apps running in the background.Д¬heck that your phone and app have the latest updates.
